Bank statement at least the last three complete months
Annual financial statements at least two completed and current balance sheets and income statements
Tax declaration from the last complete financial year

Copy of ID card Authorised signatory(ies) and beneficial owner(s)
Bank statement at least the last three complete months
Annual financial statements at least two completed and current balance sheets and income statements
Shareholder register

Copy of ID card Authorised signatory(ies) and beneficial owner(s)
